I’m AJ Walker, based up the road in Port Macquarie, and I build websites for businesses across the Manning and the Great Lakes.
One shire, a dozen towns, and customers who search by town
MidCoast is a big spread-out council of around ninety-six thousand people, and it is not one market. It is Taree, Forster, Tuncurry, Old Bar, Wingham, Harrington, Gloucester and a string of smaller places, and people here do not search for “MidCoast”. They search for their own town, and then the trade.
So if your site says you cover “the Mid North Coast” and nothing else, you are invisible for every one of those searches. The fix is not clever and it is not expensive: name the towns you actually work in, in plain words, on the page, and mean it.
That is a single afternoon's work and most sites around here have never had it done.
No client logos on this page, and that is deliberate. Walker Works is new. I would rather say so than fill the page with stock photos and testimonials I wrote myself. The exact build and the exact price are below instead.

What the three pages would actually say
Say you are a plumber working out of Taree but taking jobs in Wingham, Old Bar, Harrington and down to Forster.
Home. Emergency or not. Hot water, blocked drains, leaks, gas. Your callout fee, stated. And every one of those town names written out, because that is literally what people type.
Services. One section per job type, each one naming the towns you cover for it. This is the single change that moves the needle around here and almost nobody does it.
Our Work. Photos, licence, insurance, how long you have been on the Manning. If you charge a fixed callout rather than hourly, say the number — that alone will win you calls off whoever refuses to publish theirs.
Your domain goes in your name, against your ABN, from day one. Not mine. If you ever want someone else to look after the site, you take the domain and go — you do not have to ask me, and you do not have to buy it back.
