All Care Regional Australian Trades Editorial Build
An owner-operated lawn, garden, hedge, and gutter care business across Port Macquarie and the NSW mid-north coast. The business was running successfully through word-of-mouth and direct phone enquiry; the digital infrastructure had been miscategorised as a property-management firm in a previous build attempt and needed surgical correction plus an operator-class lift.
The challenge
The All Care domain — allcarepropertymanagement.com.au — historically led some prospects to assume the business was a real-estate property management firm rather than a grounds-care operation. A previous build had reinforced that wrong framing with a dedicated Property Managers page, FAQ references, brand sub-line, and a Why-It-Matters-For-Property-Managers section that was actively pulling enquiries from the wrong audience. The correction had to remove every property-management reference (one entire page, five nav links, an FAQ answer, a section header, and the brand sub-line on every page) without disturbing the legal entity name in the copyright (ALL CARE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is the registered ABN entity), without breaking any working customer enquiry flow, and without introducing any new fabricated framing in the process.
The approach
Read the deployed source first — not the operator's narrative description. The deployed All Care site was the authoritative source for actual services, prices, phone numbers, and service area. The correction round identified every property-management reference across the deployed source: one file to delete (for-property-managers.html), five nav links to remove (one per remaining page), one FAQ answer to rework, one entire section to delete (service-guarantee.html Section 03), and the brand sub-line on every page to change from 'Property Management Services · Port Macquarie' to 'Lawn & Garden Care · Port Macquarie'. The legal copyright line was explicitly preserved. Then nine suburb-specific service-area pages were added — Port Macquarie, Thrumster, Sovereign Hills, The Beeches, Lighthouse Beach, Flynns Beach, Shelly Beach, Town Beach, Lake Innes — using official NSW geographic name spelling. Each suburb page received its own multi-type LocalBusiness + HomeAndConstructionBusiness schema, sitemap entry, and editorial-register design treatment. The same editorial polish layer applied to The Protocol Collective was applied across all 14 All Care pages.
Delivery and verification
The full build shipped in one deploy zip — 97KB, 14 HTML files plus sitemap and robots.txt all verified for closing tag integrity post-extract round-trip — to Cloudflare Pages. The operator reviewed each page in the preview zip before sign-off, including specific surgical corrections to copy that initially read as dismissive of competing techniques (one example: the word 'shaggy' was removed from an edging service description after the operator pointed out he uses the same tool as the comparison the line was dismissing).
The result
All Care now correctly presents as a lawn and garden care business. The brand sub-line on every page reads 'Lawn & Garden Care · Port Macquarie'. The legal entity name remains in the copyright as required. Nine suburb pages provide local SEO surface area for every region the operator services. Multi-type schema enables Google to surface All Care for both 'lawn care' and 'home and construction business' search intents. The site is foundation-ready for Google Business Profile setup, NAP-consistent citation submissions across fourteen Australian directories, and the ongoing review collection cadence that compounds local search ranking over time.
